My work questions my destiny as a woman, the specific perception of time that a woman has, the male/female identity, the nature in and around me…
The forms are curvy, ovoïde or repetetively sin fin.The material used is as fragil as posidonia or strong as bronze. Size could be from small to monumental. The subject could be intimate to very public. But the research is constant, trying to find the core of the woman soul.

Anne de Harlez, née en Belgique, réside aujourd'hui à Ibiza (Espagne) où elle a son atelier. Formée à l'architecture et à la sculpture, elle expose régulièrement son travail depuis 1999 tant en galeries que dans les lieux institutionnels à travers l'Europe.
